How to retrieve your wrong deposit assets by Email log on Aster
if you deposit the wrong tokens like USDC rather than USDT on the ARBITRUM network. Please follow the guidance to retrieve your tokens.
Go to https://www.asterdex.com/en. Click [Launch app] or [Trade Now].
Click the [Connect] button on the top right corner and enter your email address.
Click the [Withdraw] button and check the third point.
Select the blockchain (BNB, ETH &ARB) and token, input your destination address and click [Transfer] button to retrieve your tokens.
Important Note:
Users are responsible for paying gas fees when withdrawing unsupported assets from email-linked wallet to their wallet - please make sure you have these corresponding tokens to pay gas fees for these networks:
BSC network: BNB token
Ethereum and Arbitrum networks: Ethereum token
