Deposit & Withdraw Guide

In Aster Pro, connect your wallet by clicking [Connect wallet] in the top right. Now you need to transfer funds to your DEX account before starting to trade.

Deposit

1. Click [Deposit] and select the network, token, and amount you would like to deposit.

1. Approve the transaction in your wallet.

2. After a couple of minutes, you will be able to see your balance in your Portfolio.

Withdraw

1. Click [Withdraw] and select the network, token, and amount you would like to withdraw.

1. Approve the transfer in your wallet.

2. After a few minutes, you will be able to see your balance in your wallet.

Manually rebalance negative balances before making a withdrawal

The settlement asset for Aster Pro is USDT. As Aster Pro supports multiple assets as collateral, a negative balance can occur from the realized loss, funding fees, and commissions from trading transactions.

Users need to resolve negative balances before making withdrawals. You can either deposit the exact token amount or use our rebalance function. To rebalance, click [Rebalance] on the withdrawal screen for the token with a negative balance.

Deposit & withdrawal processing times

When depositing or withdrawing in Aster Pro, the exact time your funds arrive depends on the blockchain confirmation time. If your funds don't arrive significantly later than the times listed below, please reach out to us on Discord.

Note:

• The 24-hour total withdrawal limit is 8,000,000 USD.

• Realized profits from the last 24 hours are limited to 5,000 USD per day (resets at 00:00 UTC).

• Profits older than 24 hours can be withdrawn without restriction.
