🆘 Open a Support Ticket

Drop by our Discord and open a support ticket - our team and moderators will get back to you as soon as we can.

Here's how you can open support ticket once you have completed the steps to verify your account and join our Discord server.

1. Once you are in Aster Discord, click on 🆘┃support-ticket channel and select correct category for your question

1. Fill in the ticket with details of the issue, question or help needed as detailed as possible, followed by your wallet address, then click Submit to open a ticket.

1. Once your ticket is created, Aster team will respond to your ticket as soon as possible. Feel free to upload files or more information in the message bar if needed.
