Deposit/Withdraw Guide

Click "Pro Mode" to connect your wallet to your DEX account. After which you will need to transfer funds to your DEX account before starting to trade.

Deposit:

1. Click [Deposit] and select the token and confirm the coin type and amount you would like to deposit in.

1. Confirm the transfer in your wallet.

3. You will be able to see your total balance under Portfolio.

Withdraw:

1.Click [Withdraw] and choose the coin type and amount you would like to transfer.

2. Confirm the transfer in your wallet. In the event that the withdrawal requires a higher gas fee to proceed, you can refer to this article How to customize gas settings for more guidance.

1. Then, you will be able to see the fund in your wallet.

Auto-swap the negative balance manually before withdraw the funds.

Our settlement asset for Aster Pro mode is USDT token. As Aster Pro Mode supports multi assets as collateral, the negative balance will occur from the realized loss, funding fee and commissions from trading transactions like below.

Users need to fix the negative balance before making withdrawal transactions. You may either deposit the exact amount of token or rebalance the negative balance manually. Enter the negative balance amount and click the button of "Rebalance" to fix the negative balance.

You could see the rebalance history under the transaction history. After this, you could withdraw the rest funds normally.

Deposit & Withdrawal Processing Time

When depositing or withdrawing in Aster Pro Mode, the exact time your funds arrive depends on the blockchain confirmation time. If your funds don't arrive after a prolonged period, please seek assistance in our Discord channel.

Please note:

• Users are encouraged to check the network they are connected to as the withdrawals of funds must correspond to the network the initial deposit was made from.

• The maximum total withdrawal limit in a 24-hour period is 8,000,000 USD.

• Realized Profits within the last 24 hours are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of 5000 USD, which resets at 00:00 UTC each day.

• Realized Profits more than 24 hours ago can be withdrawn at any time.
